Then lo &amp; behold right below the article is an ad for a book Yoga for Golfers.    I never thought of looking for that kind of help.    Your article is right on target &amp; a good reminder to start right now to do exercises that will improve my golf this year.   I look forward to more help &amp; pointers for women on this site.
